Preventing autorun.inf virus

Hi,
the virus are spread on computer from flash drives with the help of a autorun.inf file, which commands the computer to execute the virus program when the flash drive is plugged.

So we have to prevent the formation on the autorun.inf file.


i want to know how we could make a autorun.inf file in the flash drive that later cannot be destroyed edited or replaced by any other program (ie the virus).
But only formatting the flash drive could delete it..

Please help if you know!!
