Can't Edit Module Error in VB 6.0

Dear friends,

When I running projects in vb 6.0 and visual source safe 6.0 there is an error 'Can't Edit Module'. But there is no change in read only properties. I searched several sites for this solution, but there is no result. Can anyone give me a solution ....
