hai friends

I have Acer Extensa5620Z, its BIOS security protected. I have its password,my problem is that all service is locked,unable to changes boot menu,F12 boot options also!! unable to access supervisor password chages. how can disable, removed password or changes the boot menu option,( I know the BIOS password) help me pls
